Promotion Manager A variety of promotions can be created within in co-sponsor programs with goKingwood.com We can help distribute and manage your promotion within a unique and effective Promotion Management Tool. The goal is to provide a promotional item as a giveaway or discounted item and after a visitors signup for the promotion they pick it up at the Promoters location(s) Because the promotion draws the participant into your establishment you have a future opportunity to meet you neighbor. Here’s how it works:

1. Promotion is created.
example:
a. goKingwood.com FREE TShirt Promotion
b. .50 cent Starbuck Coffee Mug Promotion
c. Kingwood Churches FREE Bible Promotion, etc.

2. The participating locations are added.
example:
a. goKingwood Promotion > All businesses participating in the co-label program
b. Starbuck Promotion > All Participating Starbuck locations
c. Kingwood Churches > All Participating Churches

3. The promotion is activated.
- The promotional item quantity of inventory per location is entered
- Complete details of the offer are inserted on goKingwood.com with an online signup form
- Kingwood Residents signup for the promotional item on goKingwood.com
- Recipient and Promoter receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions
- The recipient visits the promoters location selected to pick up their promotional item.
- Each pickup location removes itself automatically as their inventory is depleted.
- The promotion removes itself when ALL inventories are depleted.

PRICE:
- FREE if a co-labeled product is utilized. We'll promote and manage it FREE, You only pay for the Goods, (you are NOT required to purchase the products through us, they can be a product you mfr or have supplied from one of your vendors.) The only requirement is that it's co-labeled with the goKingwood logo.
- Custom Fee-Based for non co-labeled programs. Pricing depends on number of participating locations and number of units to be promoted until exhausted (given away).

ACTIVE CO-LABELED PROGRAM :: FREE TSHIRTS
Co-Sponsor/logo a GOKINGWOOD TShirt and we’ll promote your business to OUR community and deliver a face-to-face “Hello” from each recipient. We’re giving away 2,500+ GOKINGWOOD Tshirts to the Kingwood community FREE starting in Mar ’04 – Join us in the event.

HOW ARE THEY DISTRIBUTED? (“They visit your store or facility”)
Kingwood residents signup online for their tshirt online and select the participating SPONSOR (YOU) for them to VISIT and pick up their tshirt & coupons.

HOW IS THE RETAILER NOTIFIED?
Upon residents signup their information is instantly forwarded to the retailers email address. An additional page customized to the resident from you, with a Thank you and a list of community coupons will be included for the recipient. Upon customers visit you can deliver their GOKINGWOOD tshirt (customized with your “full-back” logo imprinted on the back), coupons and any other literature you may want to include.

HOW MUCH DOES SPONSORSHIP COST?
The cost is $750 per 100 custom-logo’d tshirts. Additional shirts can be added to the base order for $7.50 each. All re-orders must be a 100 shirt minimum.

WHAT DO I GET?
1. TSHIRTS: Your logo co-branded with GOKINGWOOD.com
2. TRAFFIC: A Face-to-face “Hello” as each resident makes a personal visit to your establishment.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Your business will be forwarded (email) a personalized coupon page with the customers information for every resident that picks up their shirt at your location.
4. 6-MONTH FREE PREMIUM & COUPON LISTING ($300 value)
5. SPONSOR LISTING: Until your inventory is depleted you’ll be included in our sponsor section.
